NEJ-Indus S.A.R.L is a young Cameroonian company, based in Douala and created in May 2019, by Mr Eric James NKOUANKAM NANKAM. We operate in the Agribusiness sector and we are Specialized in the production and the distribution of NANKY brand food products; mainly made with raw materials grown on our land.

NANKY Pepper is not harmful to our gastrointestinal system, its even a good protector against some damages caused by alcohol and drugs such as aspirins.
NANKY Pepper contains vitamins A and E as well as folic acid and potassium. Its main asset is his vitamin C content with more than 120 mg / 100g, which is superior to orange. In addition, the strong presence of beta-carotene is favorable in the fight against skin cancer. It is also rich in Iron, Manganese, Copper, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin K.
The sensational hot effect that NANKY PEPPER causes in our mouths is actually due to the capsaicin. Indeed, the more NANKY PEPPER contains, the more it ignites our tongue.

- Plantain banana: 15 to 25 medium fingers | ||||||
- Meat: 1kg | ||||||
- 02 large onions | ||||||

- 01 large stalk of leek | ||||||
- 01 stalk of basil | ||||||
- 01 stalk of celery | ||||||
- 10g of ginger | ||||||
- Nanky Chilli | ||||||
- Salt | ||||||

- Peel the plantain | ||||||
- Grind the garlic, onion, leek, basil, celery and ginger | ||||||

NANKY Tomato is low in calories: From the top of its dietetic aspect, tomato is a fruit rich in water (93 to 95%) which contains only small amounts of carbohydrates (3%), proteins (less than 1%) and only a little bit of lipids. It is therefore low in calories (15 Kcal per 100 g).
NANKY Tomato is rich in vitamins: Indeed, tomato is a food rich in vitamins A, B, C and E. As a result, we cannot ignore its daily consumption need. Thus, 275g of Nanky tomato puree per day, will cover the daily need for vitamin C of a household, which is 80 mg for adults (1 tomato contains 10 to 30 mg).
NANKY Tomato is remineralizing: Due to the richness in minerals and trace elements of its carefully selected tomatoes. In addition, among the minerals in tomatoes, we find potassium in large doses, followed by chlorine, phosphorus and magnesium.
